A NEW PRODUCT IS BORN

In the Shop

I’m an inventor at heart. Most innovations I’ve been involved with have been results of desires to find better methods of doing mundane, tedious, difficult, repetitive, or previously impossible tasks. They’re not exclusively my desires for a better way. I get just as much, if not more satisfaction, helping others make their wishes possible. By far, my favorite thing to do is make things easier for local community members who have limited strength or mobility.

A few things worth knowing about working with me

CONSULTATION

I’m asked, “is there any way you could make it easier for me to... ?” We discuss the issues with the current methods.

HIT THE DRAWING BOARD

Very often a tool or piece of equipment that’s currently non-existent will solve the problem completely or improve things dramatically.

PROOF OF CONCEPT

Nitty-gritty time. Build a prototype in the shop, test it, modify it as needed, and test it again. Repeat until results are satisfactory.
